My career story

My daily work plan considers what priorities are in plan for the targeted opp. Analyse the products as per MOA, troubleshoot if needs be and report findings. Performing all tasks given independently and extensively apply ALCOA for data integrity. I have a good working relationship with most of my co-workers, yet there are those I tend to avoid at all costs when we do not have to co-work. I have learned planning skills are crucial also time management, teamwork and own personal development skills. Troubleshooting and problem solving that gives me a good day. Working under pressure with limited time because one has to keep a clear mind at all costs as everything must be done right the first time. Once a challenge has been resolved on time that gives a great deal of relief and I really feel good about myself.

Review of a typical day at work

Typical day at work would be to greet everyone first, get everyone's mind onto production and the targets that needs to met, what the crucial areas are and doing problem solving where there are problems so that the next shift have a smooth run, any escalations we try to resolve in reasonable time frame so that targets are met on time in full. Most challenging aspects of my job is to be mentally prepared everyday, what I enjoy is working in an environment where I'm saving lives by producing good quality medicines that help others. I have learnt to manufacture sterile, whether its injections or eye drops to tablet making which is generics or containment ( cytotoxic) for cancer patients that either products its better to work safe as some one else's life may depend on it and to be proud of what you producing.

Good company

Nice Company to work for, Very busy high speed packaging and filling lines and great unity and work relationship working together with all the staff. This company taught me how to be an effective, efficient and productive employee. I really enjoy the technical side of my work, it keeps me even more busy.
