Excellent learning curve

Typical work day.is to check email first for any request from the factory .have a meeting with my team to give direction or instructions for the day and take work status. Assist with problems encountered and set target of products to release for that day

Good learning curve

Great place too work at if you want too keep up to date with technology you can meet life time friends and very helpfully college that is very knowledgeable in what they are doing

Excellent learning curve

A typical workday involves working through projects that are complex, challenging, and exciting at the same time with key benefits for business of real time collaboration between cross functional teams, increasing operational business efficiencies, increasing profitability through enhanced supply chain management, digital transformation and recommending process improvements which translated to cost savings for business. I regularly collaborate, interact, facilitate and co-ordinate robust conversations with colleagues. I have learnt to be a facilitator, negotiator, collaborator with the key objective of supporting business strategies. What I enjoy the most is that no 2 days are the same in the office. The greatest challenge being able to think off my feet daily and promptly.

Excellent company

Very good company Too big though No personal touch , you become a small unnoticed fish that's just swimming alone. Pay well, when you compare with other companies out there No international conferencing for reps, only national.

Excellent learning curve

Great company with a lot of potential to grow as a company. But limited opportunities to grow on a career level. Management style needs a lot of working on. That can be improved with training courses for top management to adopt the new ways of leading a growing company. Openess to new ideas of how things can be improved from employees can do the company a great justice in moving to higher level of production and growth.

Pros: Excellent systems in place which can only be improved to great levels
Cons: Management style is lacking especially when new on board from other top companies

Im a hard worker

To work with old people you learn alot theres so much group work and you learn alot from them they are caring and they teach with so much love. When you working you sing its such a pleasant atmosphere to learn and grow the people always encourage us to apply so we may go to the places in which we studied for they not even jealous.
