Packing blisters

Daily basis-Fill in logbooks,full wash and campaign cleaning,changeover,operational ,record downtime in OEE , attend minor breakdowns,perform IP checks. Relationship with my co-workers is better than expected ,we work as a team,we share our individual skills to achieve goals,we are a great team and I love being a member of my team. I have learnt how to deal with different characters,I learnt to understand other people and listen to other people's view and respect others. I enjoy when we run production especially when we have less breakdowns and make target every hour ,when we do returns after the finished batch. The most challenging is when I do changeover,you find out there is more of fine tuning,we run out of time for the batch to be finished.Waiting for an Artisan and Pharmacist for line opening.

Unhealthy workspace

There is a particular understanding between coworkers, we get along. A typical day would be getting nailed for not meeting our targets yet the management cannot manage the work that is due properly then we are expected to work long hours because of poor management. Our salaries have been cut by R7000 and there is no appreciation for lab analysts and there is no growth. Anyone in the lab that tries to apply for a position other than the lab will not even be considered for an interview. It is an unhealthy environment unmotivating. Even when we asked for a meeting for them to address why the salary cuts they did not care to do so.

I do not feel it appropriate to discuss internal matters about my current employer. I refrain from speaking about any company business irrespective of which company I am with. I feel it is unethical and unprofessional to discuss any company business in any capacity , especially having it on paper. I trust that you will respect my views in this regard.
