Good learning curve but under developed

Challenging but constant busy. New projects every month. Sometimes finding the right staff for the right position can be a challenge. Working at a very high tech factory where there is scope for career change and where possibilities could also be small on the other hand. We work under high pressure and there is a lot of divisions where there is a lot of equipment that need to be maintained. Workdays are very busy. I need to maintain a strong relationships with my people all the time to maintain high spirits since we spend so much time at the factory. I have honed my people skills quite a lot, have excellent customer skills and know how to negotiate. Most challenging aspect of my job: To keep focus in a very high and fast moving environment regarding staff and to make sure that the work get done up to standard, always

Excellent learning curve

It's a company with great potential, learned and I have grown personally ,my department is striving and achieving all set objectives at given time lines.

Excellent

Performing microbiological test on all raw materials, finished product, water for the presence of enterobacteriaceae Doing environmental swabs of the whole ptoduct plant

Excellent learning curve

I work shifts, Morning, afternoon and night shift I am responsible for 27 employees, makes it interesting to come to work everyday I have learnt a lot with regards to manufacturing and it helped that I studied production Dealing with so many people and a general manager who isn’t very understanding of certain situations makes it a little hard to stay motivated

Cons: There are no opportunities to help grow your career

Learning curve

The work is ok. But not challenging to me. I get a long with my colleagues. I struggle to get used to the authoritative management. I have good relationships with my suppliers. The most challenging of the job is launching a new product on the market.

Raw material laboratory analyst

• Training of staff and ensuring compliance to HACCP and ISO 22000 as well as compliance to the OSH act relating to associated workplace hazards • Ensure that products are produced, tested and stored according to the required standards and in compliance with SOP’s • Audit production plant and laboratories for conformance with GMP and GLP • Investigate any component/quality queries • Compile and interpret audit report to management
