Good experience

I have learnt always a lot. How to interact and learn some new things from people that speak different languages and are from different cultures. The co workers become very close because basically you spend so much time there , it's like you with family sometimes. Work can become challenging because if you don't make 7 sales on a daily , your job is in jeopardy. When I went for me interview I was told that if you work 3 months there then after that you might become permanent but I have been there for 5 months and still nothing has happened. I don't think the boss understands that a person can never survive on R3000 If you haven't worked there before and only heard of them you would think it's a wonderful place to work at. But once you there you constantly under pressure and sometimes even made to feel like you hopeless. I need to be working in an environment where I feel important and taken seriously.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things as it is a multi lingual contact centre
Cons: Long hours, and not compensated for it.

Company has great management and always have the best solutions for any problem, US and UK market great communication. training and have a healthy working ethic
