I am a highly motivated, enthusiastic, sincere, self-motivated, innovative and committed young woman who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with Majors in Pure Chemistry and Applied Chemistry and certificate in Total Quality Management, seeking opportunities to advance my career in Pure Science and Chemistry. My conceptual and innovative ability has created a number of opportunities for involvement in initiatives inside and outside work where high level of this skill is exercised that will allow me to add value to organization. I have learnt a lot at both Cipla and Arysta LifeScience and I’m ready to apply these skills at a different level. I have excellent experience in Pure Chemistry and I thrive in fast-paced environments with different challenges and opportunities. I consider myself to be a self-starter and I can flourish in an environment which best suits these attributes.

Entry level as contractor

I'm decanting chemicals and assisit on charging of batches,I like working ther as everyday I learn new thing as it's big company doing varios chamicals.workers a very friendly and everything is conducted professionally!the challenging part of it is that chemicals are dangerous u need to be 100% sober and careful.

Pros: there are some informal promotion.like from decanting to assist on charging batches and some permanent vacancies that use to come out and we apply for them
Cons: We working 8 ours day and 12 hours a day when there's overtime
