Learning Program and Working ability

Artisan Development Academy is basically a training centre which offers different trades like welding, Electrician , plumbing etc. Currently I'm doing my phase 2 (Electrician) and looking for a company to server my On-Job training.We dealing with fault finding , working with panels/Motors eg star Delta, single phase and three phase forward and Reverse, Hoist panel, Auto Transformer, C.P.T.P, metering panel , Sequences etc . Being an Electrician was always a dream to me and I'm looking forward to achieve my dream.This trade needs good qualities of Time keeping , Good ATTITUDE towards your work and your fellow colleagues .The most challenging aspect we face usually is working under pressure and working live( power on) but it's something manageable.

Recently not fulfilling my daily needs

I enjoy my day at work, we learn a lot from each other. I enjoy preparing for the start of the programme like preparing assessments and induction and sources for training values.

Pros: There is no growing within the company
Cons: Working hours are fine but it's difficult to get leave.

Entry level job

I am a graduate from the Tshwane University of Technology, I hold a Diploma in Labour Relations Management, majoring in Labour Law and Labour Relations. From this diploma I have done subjects such as Communication, Business Management, Socio-Labour Aspects, Labour Administrations, Economics, Labour Law, and Labour Relations. They have given me a concrete base on which to build my career. I am currently doing a Post Graduate-Diploma in Project Management. I have two years working experience as an Administrative Assistant and PA to CEO at Mudziwa Travel and I’m currently working as an Office Administrator at Artisan Development Academy since 2015 January. I am a fast learner and can grasp most concepts with ease.

Proffesinal growth

stipend updating spreadsheets calling students friendly working environmnt proffesional growth fixing old employee mistakes lot of physical filing documents get lots no social gatherings office space not berrable when its hot we buy our own things like fans, micro waves, kattles lack of staff informing thinga always done last minute late payment

Pros: learning and growing proffessional
Cons: little pay, long hours, no pay for over time

I am adaptable enthusiastics and self motivatd

I work as administration clerk At Artisan development academy do recruitment student, filling capturing stipend, sending emails, answering phone, making copies another position at prince mshiyeni memorial hospital do collecting information from patient for assessing purposes, register of patient details in relevant register, admission of patient, collection of statistics and data capture and sort and route old files to archives

Excellent communication

I am an Electrical Facilitator I do theory and practical Single-phase panel and three-phase Forward and reverse, sequences, transformer and auto transformer, star-delta, manufacture, electronics, installation, motor repairs and motor testing.

Pros: great opportunity of learning new thungs everyday
Cons: long hours to work

Good learning experience

I like to work in this company because they give me the opportunity to learn new things, they give me challenging work so that I can experienced new challenges and I really enjoy it a lot. My relationship with my colleagues is great we work as a team, we always do tasks together, we solve problem together as team. I learn a lot in the company and I experienced how they operate in the company world and I really enjoy to work with them . The most challenging situation is when the employees refuse to do what you tell them to do .

Adopt easily, good management skill, good communication skill, problem solving and reliable

I have the ability to understand the scope of each project, what it takes to complete it from the beginning to the end and to create documents that will meet the requirements of each project. My experience includes making sure that all candidate we enrolled are registered with the relevant seta and have contract/tracking numbers. I have excellent time management skills with the ability to work on more than one projects at a time while meeting tight deadlines. I am self-motivated with time management skills. I am dependable, trustworthy and I have the ability to take charge when needed and to follow the directions of upper management.

Good

The company is ok but then they have too much problem in payment. So they have lots of people who are resigning under then. The company though gives average quality of work.

Cons: They gives more hours less payment but the long we work it more we get expirience and great team work building.

Excellent

working with Artisan Development Academy made me productive person and enjoyed waking up and come to work everyday. Had a good relationship with my team and learned so much from them. conducting recruitment process is the part that i like so much, working as a team, guiding each other makes me like my job. I used to have lot of challenge when i support to deal with deadlines but they introduce time management to me, it helps me to do and finish my work in time.

Pros: Being part of the Artisan Development Academy offer me the opportunity to use my certain qualities that I have acquired in the field of Human Resource. It gave me chances to add innovation and creatives to the company.
Cons: working long hours it's not something that we do frequetly but only if we want to meet deadlines. I never find it difficult for me.
