Great for learning new skills

The company is great for learning but there is no customer loyalty because the do not offer any benefits and you are paid for one job but do multiple rolls

Experience and friendly working environment

The company deals with baby products and have four departments where by I help to gain more experience and it is a friendly environment and I have learnt a lot in the company, together with my Co workers we like family we help each other if there's things one needs help with. We work hard and make sure we keep our bosses happy. Our work becomes challenging when it's towards month end cause will big orders from the big stores in Sa so our packaging and despatch department becomes extremely busy and everybody in the company has to work together to make sure our clients orders are complete and clients are happy

Pros: With receptionist qualifications I actually started in packaging, and I dispatch to a receptionist position
Cons: We normally work 8 hours but when it's busy we put extra time so our work is done
