Good Learning Curve, and a good opportunity to gain much needed experience

A typical working day for me would begin with answering emails and then scanning of documents, the e-filling them to the relevant folders. The most challenging aspect about my job is that it is not challenging and does not give me satisfaction as I don't see growth because it is not what I aimed to do. I enjoy working with my co workers as they are very welcoming but I would like to be working in a different department like the MIS department as I believe I would gain a lot more experience in terms of my field of study.

Pros: gaining working exeperience
Cons: not much exposure to the relavant field of study

Learning curve

filling costing clerk scanning tracking documents filling POD"s filling invoices i have a good working relationship with my co- workers, and i have learnt a lot in my current position, i enjoy working with various departments, the most challenging part of my job is tracking documents as some get lost in the system and i have to track them manually.

Pros: gaining workplace experience
Cons: Long hours

Costing

I have worked as a Costing Clerk since 1980. I am experienced in standard costing (manufacturing environment), job costing (workshop environment) and Average Weighted costing (importing companies. I am fully computer literate. I am worked on Syspro and MS Office for 16 years and I easily adapt to any computer package. I am deadline-oriantated, stress-tolerant, accurate, initiative, attention to details, team player, assertive, figure-oriantated and amicable. I have good verbal and written communication skills. I can communicate at all levels. I am using my own reliable vehicle to get to work and I am always punctual at work.

Pros: My experience in my career is more than enough to take me to the top.
Cons: I am always willing and prepared to work long hour when requested.
