It was an excellent learning curve

I managed the workshop of 45 people internationally. I started winding shop in Madagascar and run it to success and now the students I was mentoring can do job without supervision.

Pros: Great opportunity for start
Cons: Sometimes yes I worked till the job is done. Sometimes at about 22h00

It was an excellent learning curve

I managed to start rewind and coils section at an electrical workshop company. Employ 11 electrical armature winders and 18 staff to work on the coil Section and managed all. Giving reports to my production manager every week and progress reports. It was a success.

Pros: Production supervisor
Cons: Sometimes yes I worked till the job is done. Sometimes at about 22h00

Im a enthusiastic person and always willing to work

It's not a very big company, its still developing. The relationship I have with the co workers are very good. We help eachother a lot where we can. I have learnt a lot about Electrical Enginerring, in terms of wiring and assembling panels.I also worked in the motor industry, building of motors. I mostly enjoy working with cars, it's my passion to rebuild vehicles. The most challenging aspect of job is definitely getting the job done. I tend to pay a lot of attention to the job I am busy with that I don't keep track of time.

Pros: there isn't any promotions in the company
Cons: working hours are from 07:30-16:30
