Good learning curve

I love working and interacting with people,retail is a lot of work most people would say...though being able to work directly with people makes it all worth it, Im a peoples person so its to my benefit. i love my colleagues and they are the reason work is so good, the joy of building new relationships with people and helping each other work better makes every draining day worth it, ive learnt a lot in terms of managing a store, merchandising and training my staff where there are gap holes...there have been times where you just have to take the initiative because there is a lack of management so i jump right at the opportunity every time...so there is alot of room to learn in terms of growing i do not know.

Pros: you deal with high end luxury consumers
Cons: long working hours with little pay
