i work as a cashier i report to my manager if absent my assistant manager i had a great experience working in this company my co-worker were very welcoming when i join the staff, great team work and customer service

I see the environment expanding and franchised as it has loyal people who are able to produce in their best ability. Working with different people who are diverse its very challenging and interesting at the same time . I got to learn different languages and people. Fashion its a great and trending international and locally and its every individual interest. You learn different things everyday such as mark downs different departments, housekeeping and till operations. Good customer service is the key to success. Productivity Good sales and profit. In order to achieve the organisational Goals and objectives. But now l am looking for new opportunities and challenges

Pros: Opportunities for internal staff in order for them to be promoted.
Cons: 8 to 10 hours holidays and weekends
