Prepared to learn new methods and to do courses at my own cost

i work hard and were needed will asst the workers on how to get job done i have a good relationship with staff at all levels a typical day at work would be to get job done to best as we can and make everyone happy and try to get ahead with the work and stay there what i have learned is there is no short cuts and honesty is best and always give my best the most challenging was when we build the new law courts and did a big eletrical job that was an challenge on its own but i dont let things get me down

Pros: hoping for a permanent post with the company
Cons: work long hours to get job done

at Aristopath cc i would have site meetings every morning to lay out the days task and to see that it done and also did the day to day running of the business take care of staff and quaries and i had a open door policy that my staff could come to me when ever to speak about whatever that way we knew each other what i enjoy most is the job itself to see the before and the after we done the most challenging was to get a big projects done on time and in record time

Pros: we had prospect for growth
Cons: we worked long hours and some weekends to catch up for rain delayed days ext
