Effective time management skills.

A typical day at the office starts with a cup of coffee and then with stats reports every Monday morning. My work for the day is usually in my top tray when I get to the office in the morning. I then review the work load with the rest of the team and work out a strategy to streamline the work and get it done before a certain the.frame. We then split the assignments evenly and submit stats and plan of action via email to our team lead. Once we have competed our tasks we offer assistance to the next team who process the hard copy documents which come in via post / courier. We usually let each other know what time each one will be taking lunch ( between 12:00 & 14:00). I enjoy the team spirit, and have learned how to deal with individuals from different cultural backgrounds. The challenging part is when more than one individual in the team is absent and there is alot of work to get done. Or when the system is down and phone lines.

Cons: There is no growth within the company

Excellent working environment.

Ariba SAP is a wonderful company to work at. I get to meet so many people from different walks of life face to face and via telephone and email. My colleagues are fun to work with. We take our job seriously ,but we add fun to it as well. On any given day we can have as many as 15 urgent registration approval requests from Provincial Government and it is nice to know that the people you work with are there to assist in ensuring that the job gets done efficiently. Each one plays an important role in getting the registration done and a satisfied client is the best part of the day. We are all clients at some point in our lives and the service we expect to receive from people is what we give.
