Excellent learning curve

good relationship with my co-workers, meeting new Guests every day, problem solving , make quotes to the guests, selling my property over the phone to the Guests, most challenging aspects is when to handle the complains from guests and dealing with over bookings.

Learning everday

I like working at Arcadia ,learning new things helping different people everyday,that makes me happy helping people to the extend that they feel free and comfortable to communicate with me.working with people who have good understanding and able to help as a colleague s.and that way our work become more easier for all of us.one important thing that I learnt about angry customers,we have listen to the before you can respond them,apologize even you are not wrong,speak to them calmly and show them that you are on their side and also explain them our procedure at our company.all staff are friendly from management,we have strong team work.
