ARB Reviews

Good entrance to the Corporate world.

On getting to work, you sit down with your sales manager and plan your week's customer calls and follow ups that have to be done. This exercise is a team effort. All problems are fully discussed e.g no stock, incorrect stock ordered, deliveries completed or not done. Any Company this size relies on dedicated team work so that you can sort out any problems before they escalate into chaos. A person really learns that you can not do your work properly with out the back up of the whole team. Some times you have to be the lesser person so that your customers are kept happy. Every person has to be handled/treated differently. It was fantastic to achieve the set out targets when you could as you know that other employees bonuses and salaries were positively affected. The most challenging aspect was to convince a customer to change over to your company as it is not always only the price of your product but also your service. Also meeting the exceptionally high targets.

Pros: Great company to work for. The sky is the limit.
Cons: Not meeting targets when it is not your fault.

Learnt a lot about selling and customer service

I used to start at about 7am daily for 5days in a week. I loved my job and I was a fast learner. I enjoyed assisting customers and customers loved me. Meeting my target was not a challenge and we got along with my co-workers.

Pros: Great opportunities
Cons: Great opportunities
