Aramex is a transportation logistics company nationalwide

Working at aramex as a data capture a have learn many things like giving our customer first priority because he/she is the one who pays us our salaries. We must always have a smile on our face. Business is not about money is how u treat your customer and good treatment will bring more customer in the business. As we are working with local and international shipment we must make sure that we capfure the right information on the customer waybills so that it can delivered to thd right person and right address so that we can save less cost to the company.

Pros: It is a great opportunity of working in the company with different characters of people.
Cons: We have overtime at least 2 to 4 day per work

Nignt shift data capture

Working at Aramex as a data Capture doing billing copies of customers so that they may able charge the the customer according to the information that i have capture :(Sender copy and the receiver information on the billing copy): I must make show that all the information is accurate captured. As we are working as a team we must make sure that we reach our daily stats which is 250 daily without errors.

Pros: We have great opportunity bacause wr can ba able to apply for day shift if the position are advertise.
Cons: Our daily rating stat is average to each an every individual
