I was working so hard and I will always do

Everything was perfect and it was a good experience i was so happy working with people and i was very active they where good people I was treated well and everything was good they made sure that we learn and explore new opportunity at every expect

Pros: If you work hard and show that you know exactly what you what you will be recognized
Cons: It was okay we worked 12 hours and I enjoyed every hour cos the environment was ok

Excellent learning of processes and system.

BEST SENIOR CREDIR CONTROLLER WHO HAS GREAT WORK ETHICS WITH ALL STAFF, I have a great insight of of ensuring a streamlined process which benefits both the client and the company. I love the system as it has been build to ensure no stone is unturned. I have learnt to be patient, with others and allow collegues to provide their understanding in order to guide them in the corrective direction. I am a consistant focused, streamline person who work with goals on a daily basis in order to achive my monthly goals

Pros: Very hard work who find easier methods to work smart and achieve better results than what is set for me
Cons: Very focus, I want to complete a task at hand

Excellent learning

A very vibrant company.lots of learning and experience .lots of new products to know and how the coffee machines work and grind.work day is every day is a new challenge with different queries.learning curve is about banking allocating payments to the accounts.wat I most enjoy is the staff friendly and helpful.

Call centre manager

Its a great little company, with good culture. Direct contact with executive team helps speed up change. Growing above other industries, small team also helps with impact on training as it a faster turn around

Pros: Grear working hours
Cons: No promotion, previous salary was almost double what I earn now due to financial contraints I need to find a higher paying position
