Focus orientated, team player, hard worker

This position represents an ideal next step in my career. I am confident that my background and skills combined with my passion to solve organisational challenges, working with a fortune 50 company taught me a great deal how a large organisation deal with and solve complex administrative duties/ management.

Perfect understanding of inhouse systems

Since day 1 I noticed right away that the location in Soweto, was like no other workplace I've ever experienced before but decided to give it a shot. Indeed has ZERO diversity but if you look at any of their training videos soliciting you to join you will be misled. Not only do they herd their employees like cattle the management specifically in the SALES department use micromanagement tactics to try to intimidate their employees. If you hire a competent individual there is no need for micromanagement, just let them work! Not to mention the unrealistic goals to sell an unethical intangible product. They claim to be "data-driven" but have no data to substantiate any of their claims. Also, there is a different unexplainable error within the "data" daily. Save yourself the stress & stay far away from this company.

A wonderful learning curve

What I have enjoyed and learnt at AQUAH was team building activities that we usually had every 2 months. We also had weekly report meeting were we had to report our duties for a week, that help to check and work on your schedule for the week and activities to be done at a specific day. We also had presentations to prepare whereby you will be given a topic then you will have to research and present to the whole staff, that was a way of learning more in to the business world or working environment even at home. We were given topics like health and safety, communication, anger management, Financial management etc.

Pros: It was an amazing opportunity for working there and I have learnt a lot of things and willing to implement the experience in other organisations
