Aqua Transport Excellence in motion

Working at Aqua is very challenging. I commence work at 6am and finish at 6pm,due to the high volume of orders generated. Generally it is a highly pressurized environment meeting with demands of the company.I interact with many other staff members from the site foreman to breakdown division and operations department. Teamwork is one of the major contributing factor for the success of the company.In my Ten years with Aqua , I have gained vast knowledge in Plant and Truck parts.The most challenging aspect is procuring the right part at the best price in the market, in terms of quality .In addition, management has a lot of confidence in their staff.Although we work long hours, we do not feel it,more because we are always helping one another.

Hard work no pay

I manage the workshop and the yard but there is no contract stating that job description . On my payslip ,I am a stores recievin which I am paid for but I am doing an Administration job. I am getting less pay. I have leant a lot for the senior staff, I can manage this workshop on my own now.

Pros: no increase
Cons: overtimes are cutted by payroll
