I have met many challenges and I am still waiting for new challenges

I lead a team of 8 people who works under me.two semi skilled electricians and one semi skilled boilermaker. We do maintance at the mine, from strapping cables to installation and Terminations. I have a good relationship with my team as they understand the daily target that should be met every day

Good learning curve

I love working with people. I genuinely care about people and their well being. I do not really care for staff'sbasic health and wellness as much as I would like. Every day is different. Lots of challenges and procedures on the mines are constantly changing so you learn to problem-solve on your feet.

Pros: Learn great problem solving skills
Cons: No benefits, no increses, no promotion, no bonus

I've got more than fifteen years of experience.

I've do the cable stainless steel rags and install them and stainless pipes together with some stainless structures and the installation.I am a hard working self motivated person with sober habits and I've a good communication with the team members.

Pros: N/a
Cons: I can work weekends and overtimes if asked.
