Excellent learning curve

I have been working for the company for over 4 years now. I have learned so much in the from the company. Especially about being able to handle difficult clients. Also being able to work in group setting. My typical day would consist of checking ,responding and sending mails. Checking on branches allocated to me. Communicating with creditors and our clients. Checking paymnents on Nupay(Aedo,Naedo) , and maxpay to updated the commision of our employees.

Pros: Oppotunity to learn and grow
Cons: Working on weekends

Excellent learning curve

I have learned alot from my bosses about dealing with clients and their creditors. In the morning i checkd emails and respond to them. Check Nupay and update the commission. Create a schedule of payments for clients. Chech my brancehed and check their daily report for any progress n complaints. We are 5 in the headoffice and we are very close and do work in a group if either one of us has an issue or a deadline that they cannot cope with. The lows would be the long hours.

It's a learning curve that is building me to b a better worker tomorrow

I can't say I'm enjoying working as appeal but it's better than nothing. Each and everything I learn at appeal it grooms me to a better worker and see mistakes in the working environment. I have a good working relationship with my colleagues even it's hard at time when your boss insults you for nothing.

Pros: Always being in with my work load
Cons: From 8am to 17:30

Excellent learning curve

I Offer a 4 year track Record and expertise in all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access). I have learned how to work with clients, to be able to communicate and resolve their problems. I am able to work able to work individually and in group. I have also learned to spot and resolve errors. I am a fast learner and can multitask.
