Good managed by security manager team

Obtained expierence in site surveys and on site risk assessments. During this period it was established that the security staff on premises with the help of their workers is the biggest risk for a company if the neccesary precaution measures is not in place. Another risk that were picked up is where stock and containers were illigally removed from premises with the help of employees and using of fraudulent documentation. Another risk that was identified is where security is in possesion of truck and vehicke keys. Another area where a lot of problems were identified is the perimeter fence with none or very few lights of which certain lights are faulty and out of order. Another problem area is access control procedures that are not followed correctly on premises with no searching of staff, visitor and contractors and access control registers that are not completed correctly or that contain false information.

Pros: Have learned a lot in this field.
Cons: Management interference with site survey and reports.

Excellent

The hours that I'm working a long but I don't work that much I do get time to relaxe me and my co workers we work as a team we respect each other and we relieve each other at the right time. Ive learned skills like doing access control and how to communicate in terms of security codes. The people who live in this area respect us and even their visitors they give us the respect we deserve. When we receive a panic alarm coz I don't know if criminal has trespassing

Trying the best

Always bear in mind how to corporate with customers.Prepare myself up to be neat all the times.Give phenomena to the requirements needed at work.Ensure everything is running the way it supposed to.If needed be at most on time to maintain professionalism

Pros: Vulnerable achievements
Cons: We almost uses our day off for overtime as a measure of how much we should earn per month so that how management forseen it work for company not to loose money for double paying an employee
