Tiring and demanding

From the the day that I started at this company it has been a Roller coaster ride of emotions and frustrations. Area Managers that will rather scream and shout at employees when a question is being asked and do not give feedback. In Short ( A total disappointment due to certain individuals)

Pros: Senior Management is top notch
Cons: No Communication, No Feedback, No Aspects

Supervising Control Room operations.

Supervising all Control Room operations Nationally at MTN. Administering of Building Alarms, Cameras Monitoring and Building Access Nationally. Charismatic Leader towards my co-workers and always leading by example, a team player. Building Alarms are always a challenge as are monitored nationally including Tower Alarms.

Pros: Always awake and a great deal of vigilance
Cons: At times you get weary since the kind of job I do always demands a great deal of activeness in staying vigilant and making sure positive alarms are not missed

I am well diciplined and very discreet with regards to the the campany culture.

Dear sir , / Madam What I like is that we do everything on our own and that includes the following; HR Payroll Easy Roster Admin work Operations Site e visits and resolve any problem detected on site immediately

Pros: Acting behalf of National General manager.
Cons: 05:30am - 22:00 sometimes and be on stand by for 24/7.Duty managers over the weekends.

It's an okay company, i like being part of the team but there's no room for growth

I have learnt to work without supervision That time management is important and meeting your deadlines. Month end and creditors run to be submitted on time

Good communication

im a hard worker, working at MTN national control room,i monitored mtn shop,mtn,vodacom,cell c towers and monitoring mtn warehouse doing cadex at mtn. i Do have grade A,i do have south African police training,i do have police clearance,i do have computer and passport.

Pros: good communication
Cons: twelve hours
