Good learning curve

I a Hard worker. I can work with anyone, actually like socializing with different people. In order for radical change in the workplace to occur, people must be prepared for change, they must be willing to see change in the organisation. I am willing to let people see the need of change in the workplace and to enhance change in the more harmonious manner.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion
Cons: long working hours
