Excellent learning opportunity for graduates looking to kickstart their careers

The average day at the office is often quite busy, it usually kicks off with a daily scrum where team members give updates on the work completed in the previous day and after this meeting you then move on to do your work for the day and right after that you get to go and enjoy a few beers with your colleagues at the on site pub. the people within the company generally very nice and easy to hang or work with, this is also helped by the company's informal culture.

Pros: Great opportunity to kickstart your career
Cons: Difficult to find your passion as the work is rotational and not really centered around the development of the employee
