Manage and control costs to be aligned with budget. Analyse and cost reporting including labour, variance analysis. Monthly outlooks and holding weekly and monthly costs reporting meeting. Daily gross pay recons for all our business units. Post labour costs to SAP on monthly basis. Journalise VAT control accounts and senior management payroll. SAP data steward. Create and manage TM1 cubes. Create outlook month/week and run outlook allocations. I have learnt to adhere to deadlines. Working with colleagues from other business units. I enjoy most to work with different people with different personalities. The most challenging aspects are depending on other people for information , sometimes people delay.

Pros: Being able to build working relationships with various people and interacting with them.
Cons: People not adhering to deadlins making it diffuclt for me to do my job.

Learning curve

It is great working for the company except that I do hard labour although I have qualifications for non underground work. There are chances of being assisted to study . All that makes me have all the hope of the company is a chance to enhance my studies
