I am very experienced in Payrol and HR operations within a Shared services environment.
My current role is very broad as I have payroll, analytical reporting, payroll assurance and business improvement under my leadership. I have a very diverse and motivated team and my motto for the team is being super heroes every day, we pay people. My organization is very big and this in itself has various challenges relating to speed of execution, hierarchy challenges and alignment. I enjoy the challenges most as this keeps me invested and engaged, the organization is 60% blue collar and within that dimension there are many opportunities for value add. My greatest challenge lies in the fragmented approach as this is a counter for alignment and cohesiveness. I need to coach a lot and my role requires high involvement and stewardship. I maintain a high level of customer interaction and relationship cultivation as this is a integral part of my and my teams success. I managed to lead my areas of responsibility to deliver in 12 months on a KPI of 99.7% accuracy with a transaction rate of 19000 per month.

Good learning platform and atmosphere of furthering studies well catered for.
Greenside colliery is a private colliery owned by Anglo American coal south Africa with diverse professionals whose interaction has made me learn alot.A typical work day involves either going underground,being an underground mine,to do underground peg instalion ,volume measuremts of excavations or office work which involves the update of surface and underground plans,preparing the department of mineral resources plans or staking of water and exploration boreholes and other services the other departments will request. My coworkers are very supportive and usually very helpful when it comes to helping with work when you have too much on hand.Every morning before work starts we conduct what is called toolbox talk where we preempt safety concern issues and the tasks we have at hand.I have learnt a lot about mining surveying which experience in a coal mining setup I did not have. I have had exposure to use of different software like cad software model maker I had no knowledge of .

Excellent and honest worker with 3 year metso Hp 400 HP 500 and gyratory cruser experience
Extensively knowledge on crusher and conveyor belts I've been maintaining them as an engineer in one the most biggest mine in angloamerican plutinum.

Willing to learn new things
We work as a team. we assist each other resolving New tasks that we might not be familiar with.Resolving your incidents as soon as posible gives you a great feeling.We have good relationship with all employee's the calls us directly if the have issues the log a call after.We work through out from 7.30 am to 16.00hours .We configure swithes and AP New image on new devices.'re imaging computers of software is corrupt.Give support on printers as well.

Willing to learn more about supply chain
I am a creative and enthusiastic person with effective organization and communication skills. A good team player with initiative to achieve any set objectives with minimum supervision. Versatile with ability to learn tasks and skill quickly. Works well under pressure and achieve deadlines. Able to handle problems and work with different people from all life regardless of race, creed or nationality

Great learning area
The amount of learnings and experience acquired were immense. There's is culture of care and respect and everyone feels welcome and feels that they belong to the company.

My work as a time administrator
As a time administrator I capture ansences on a daily basis . Help employees with overtime reports and queries relating to time . Employees often come to the office to query their absences or if something is wrong with their overtimes . I love working with people and helping where I am able , e.g explaining a payslip to an employee even if is not in my line of work. I would like to work in the payroll enviroment .
Pros: this is a company that accomodates all cultures
