Great opportunity for anyone wanting a stepping stone to your next big business venture.

People matter here is the order of the day. A simple structured business which offer an individual an excellent learning to take on other huge corporate. The motto of the day is "kiss" keep it short and sweet....come to work to be "kissed" with efficiency, meeting deadlines, dealing effectively with customers. Processes and systems support the outputs to meet what we promised to our customers. Grow the business is how we prove what we are doing is adding value to the organization. Pressure is a a setback or it can be a "test" for you to see your full potential the mindset accompanies this initiative o know how much more can I achieve. Dealing with customer spur of the moment requests is fantastic as it allows one the ability to do some self mastering on what you are capable of doing at sometimes when it is out of your comfort zone....may I say this is the place to work s when things happen then you are operating in a "comfort zone"!

Great stepping stone for future growth

A work environment where every decision made and every customer order has to carefully planned on production in order to be delivered the following day. People do matter as a resukt the inputs of staff go far beyond expectations as their commitment, pride and motivation deserves a standing ovation. Challenges are found but it is a positive as for every employee it allows you to overcome challenges with team work and dedication. Work ethics is a measure where staff know what their purpose in life is and in turn translate this principle in work place building high levels of ethical business practices which falls in line with your personal self mastering as a person
