My typical day at work would first be arriving on time that helps in checking any errors that can occur during the day. Making sure all procedures are followed by me and co worker Team work in order to maintain an excellent service to customers I have learnt to be loyal and be keep focus in what I do. I enjoy working working with people as well as motivate each other into doing well I enjoy big tasks as well as holding events for the company I also love challenges and being a go getter

Experienced working environment

I Like working at this environment where there is so much clients with different people with their cultures. how to portray oneself professionally, team player and tolerance. How to deal with difficult customers, management and staff as a whole

Excellent learning curve as they offered elearning and customer service short courses

My day starts before the first customer arrives as i was responsible for opening and closing the shop. I would come and make sure the shop is in neat and check shelves as well as do float checks in the morning. The company i worked for dealt with people's businesses so i dealt with regulars like doctors lawyers and others and had a good relationship with them. I loved being a good example to my team as i had been over 8yrs with company enjoyed sharing knowledge and learning from them also. Always willing to go the extra mile for client to help mantain the name of my company
