Opportunity to impact my knowldge .

Good day, I have been an accountant for more than 10 years. I have worked in Financial services companies I have worked in an asset based company I also have experience in an investment banking company. My last emptier was in the Direct selling industry. I have experience to make a difference within a short space of time that will last longer.

Pros: Turning the whole team to be intrinsically motivated.
Cons: Handling difficult interactions

I have learnt strong analytical skill and ability to persuade to other and share the vision

I use my diary to list or dot down things to do i also keep space for my subordinates in case they need help in case of emergency, i prioritize and negotiate deadline with the end user. Challenges are working with individuals with different work ethics from mine. I find motivating measures to encourage them to get on board I hold one on one meetings to get an update on each individual work life monthly for them to know that management is taking them as furniture but as important individual of great importance and input.

Pros: Great opportunity to be exposed internationaly
Cons: Long working ours for family members
