A good opportunity at the time

An ordinary day at the office, (home office) received Emails from my coworkers from Jo'burg, call them if need be or if they need information from me or confirm details of the work I did in my day about the photo and addendums. I take it all in a days work. So that my coworkers review the work I've sent back to the via email With the clients I Look them up with the details I have of them, make appointment dates with the clients. (Different company) What I do enjoy about this company is that you get to meet all different kinds of people and I've learned so much about how they run their companies. The most challenging part of this job is to make sure that they follow the rules and regulations based on the Risk management/Fire regulations. What this work has taught me, is to be patient, discrete, confidential to each of the businesses that I've viewed for inspections. The down side is that it's commission based only. People workplace where you learn from one another by asking asking

A toolbox meeting opens up the day with an update of yesterday's work and a recap of The weeks goals such that every step we take falls in the framework of objective. In this meeting We are reminded that we our brothers keeper and must lookout for one another, I can safely say my relationship with my colleagues is above average. I have learnt that quite often we need others to be able to execute our duties at best and all other departments are equally as important as is my department. Every time we successfully complete a task it gives me much joy and a sense of fulfillment. Sometimes I have to deal with people who are not familiar to the industry that's wen the challenge creeps in.

Experience and committed

Dealing with maintenance , planning in retail , commercial and residential field. A typical work day - problem solving , keeping up with time frames and going the extra mile . Work hours are determined by work on hand. Sometimes starting at 5 in the morning or finishing at 12 at night. All about service and having a satisfied client Get along with co- workers and clients very well. I've learned that there is a solution to every problem. To stay calm and resolve the client's problem in an effective way. Enjoying the most : Must be to have a happy client at the end of the day. Challenges: To keep a consistent income going.

EXCELLENT FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Proficiently managed to advise the senior management on administrative matters and issues Screen incoming mail and telephone calls and draft responses. Assist the Chief Officer/Executive Director/Director in preparing presentations, graphs, and statistics. Provide required periodic reports on to the chair office on regular basis. Fully aware of the federal and local rules and regulations related to immigration, UAE ID, AD Commercial Chamber, AD municipality, banks , HR etc. Monitor and report on all property asset management financials to manage asset cash flows, collections and payments. Ensure financial control processes across the business are operating efficiently and effectively, and support business unit activities.
