I great retail to work at and I've gained experience in these past years with the different teams

American menswear and sports dealers it a great opportunity to work with the company plus I have gained more with the company and working experience and learning to meet new people and new different customer and meet the customer requirements and to deliver a great service to them with different races of the customer and learned from them to with the different branches of the company which I have worked at and to be able to sell different brands at the company which caters different types of customer's

I am looking for a company which will challenge me on a daily basis

I believe every day is a new learning experience and even though I am in the very mature age group I know that it's never too late to better oneself. I was loyal to my present employer and enjoyed engaging with the staff and customers,but they are now in the process of liquidating and so I am forced out of my comfort zone.I believe everything happens for a reason and I look forward to putting my skills to work in a different environment. I am used to dealing with difficult customers on a daily basis and also handling staff queries and disputes. My day would begin with me going to my head office for a meeting with the directors, then setting out a plan for which stores I would visit during the week and what I needed to enforce in each store.Sometimes it would be window dressing,stock changes,transferring of staff ,basically putting into place a plan of action to ensure good sales.Sorting out staff and customer disputes

Pros: The salary was excellent.working conditions were good.The bosses listened to the employees and treated us as family.They were fair in their decisions
Cons: They allowed a lot of staff to take advantage of them and believed every sad story that was told to them

I'm a hard working individual who always willing to learn and adapt

I'm a dedicated person who's always looking for perfection in everything thing that I do. I can communicate with different people at a positive atmosphere. I'd be honoured to have been given a chance
