since the acquisition of FW by Amec the organisation has been in flux and is going through a significant business review and restructuring. This has created a lot of uncertainty that has affected the organisational culture. AmecFW are generally a well organised and supportive employer.

large engineering and projects company with all the commensurate processes and procedures to ensure quality delivery of projects. direct team was like a family but was swallowed in the greater organisation which alienated the team.

Pros: generally supportive environment
Cons: bureaucracy
