Having worked with people from all walks of life have given me an impetus to coordinate various day to day operations at Amdo Civil and Building Construction. I have the privilege to represent the company at various business and contruction industry boards, tenders etc and at the same time monitoring and managing various projects for the company. No day is the same. As each day comes with its own challenges that needs to be well coordinated and delegated accordingly. With staff being coached on vision of the client and each one outlined specific targets.
