Exposure to face to face customer services

I would be involved in daily customer queries pertaining to the precinct as a whole, Because I am situated away from the office , I dealt mostly with the public as I hardly saw my co- workers . I have learnt that it takes a lot of patience to work directly with people who are always complaining , I enjoyed how I handled the people who were both nice and bad as I always held my professional composure even at the hardest of times , However I had many customers telling I do not belong where I ma but some where higher and better and this I knew from deep within, The hardest part of my job was the fact that I could only be reactive as and when the customers came to inquire , meaning I would be bored to death the whole day

Pros: Good working enviroment
Cons: No oportunity for growth
