I like working at this place but i need a better salary and working conditions

1 ) A typical working day is in morning one staff comes to me he didn't clock out when going home and cant remember the time. ) I have a very good relationship everyone of the staff including management as well. )I have about cold storage a lot to do billing in and out, also how to charge customers. 4) Well working with people from other country . 5) Trying to make people from other countries to understand English.

Management needs to treat the staff with respect.

Working at Amakhaza is nice but I wish to get paid my right salary My relationship with works is very good I learnt a lot about cold storage. working with people from other countries making then understand English and our working rules and codes as well.

I wish to get a better salary than what i am earning now.

I can maintain a high tolerance level of stress. I am able to priorities and manage time efficiently ,ensuring a job well done and completed on if not before time. I am self-motivated and goal driven. I like put new systems in place and controls too. Housing keeping and time management is what I like in place too. I am also a problem solver when there is a situation in the department. I like to motivate staff for the benefit of the company. Finally my motive is do good and be good take you a long way in life.

I wish better living salary

I have learnt a lot at this Cold Storage I enjoyed working with people from other countrys I have a very good relationship with the staff I have so much to offer but with limited resort

I manage the staff I have a very good relationship with all the staff about cold storage I learnt a lot working with people from other countries. I had few challenging aspects like trying to make them understand English

Make sure we carry out our daily task on time Very good I am team leader and team player Well I have learnt about Cold storage that I didn't know before like out temperature must be -25%c not about and how to charge for space at the storage, Well I really didn't have much only working with people from other country language problem to make them understand things.
