New environment

Before I joined this company I was working for an Audit firm which worked today difference from this one because the current company I am in runs different types of companies, there is a garage, A Spa, security company and lodges. So got to learn a lot and able to manager different companies at the same time. I have learn to work with different people because these companies are in different areas so I get to know the person without knowing them in person and have build relationships, although it is very hard to work with information that you can not confirm so this leads to me having to visit the sites at times and try to implement procedure to limit risks.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Too much work
