A good environment for learning

- Typical day at work is when all of us come together to complete a tender in a short period of time. - I get along with my co-workers very easy - I have learnt a lot since I joined the company, this include designing the desalination plant. - The most challenging aspect of the job is the tight deadlines of the tenders, where working as a team is the only option to complete it at the required time.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and being exposed to project management
Cons: Long working hours and working away from home

- my typical work daily basis is very good draw up cutting list answering the phone sent out mails quoting tender - my communication with our co-workers is excellent and can work as a team - what have learn is to have a lot of experience - to work with people and do paper work and a lot - to do tenders to see if we can do the best of the best to win the tender.
