Great opportunity!
CBO work hours are closely regulated - no work permitted after 17h00. It has taught me to be productive, with only 9 hours per day to get things done. The work culture at CBO stresses the importance of work/life balance. I really appreciate that fact myself! I learnt a lot about human relations as my team members are from diverse cultures, from Oman, Egypt, Pakistan, India, Czech Republic, Slovakia and South Africa. I have built close business relations with them all and made some good friends in the process. I also learnt a lot about non-Data Centre topics such as Pay runs, Company Banking, Company registrations, Tender proposals, Bank guarantees, Visa processing etc. I enjoy the ability to make my own decisions and determine the direction in which to steer the operations that I am in charge of Managing of supplier SLA’s when they have to import most of the spares they require, and the very laid-back work ethic in the country has been the most challenging thing about my job thus far.
Pros: Great Salary and currently still no tax paid back in South Africa.
Cons: Away from my family as I view it as a temporary endeavor.

Excellent opportunity to meet and experience different cultures
Working for the ALTRON Group is a great opportunity that I add to my experience. My role is to have Talks or conduct 2hr workshops on specific days on Digital Transformation and Office 365 Apps as the main focal point. I have excellent relationships with colleagues I enjoy the feeling of gratitude from delegates especially when I finish my sessions. I enjoy sharing information and knowledge formally and informally. As a foreigner, the challenging aspect of my job is, I get to travel around the country meeting different people or groups who would want to be addressed in their language as opposed to English and still be relevant in my workshops and getting people engaged and creating the wow factor.
Pros: Its a great opportunity to interact and share knowledge with people from different companies and backgrounds

Amzing exposure to ICT industry
Every day is unique, new challenges, I work with an amazing team very supportive. I've learnt alot over the years from being a Unix operator to Application Admin supporting (Astea, Oracle, SAP). What makes me satifies me is closing a call of a happy customer.

Formal environment
Working for Huawei has been a learning curve for me. We deal with customers on calls, social media and live chat and it is an environment filled with daily challenger. I am looking to grow and would like to venture into a more formal environment. Dealing with customers on social media was a new experience for me in this company and learning about the ever evolving brand needed us to constantly know the product in order to accurately assist our clients.
Pros: Having a job currently to pay my bills

A well-mannered, articulate and hardworking customer care adviser who has invaluable experience of providing a professional and efficient service to customers. I love my work and love working up to assist my clients with the technology challenges
Working weekends for less money as the other issue is the driving whole day . And there’s also couple of issues I have with understanding our payment calculations

Fast learner can work well in team, can handle pressure at all times
From day one ALTRON has shown serious focus on their employees, they always make sure that employee is happy at work and are happy with their work. Number of training on training to help employees improve themselves are provided. ALTRON is a best place to work it offer growth and a lot of exciting opportunities.

Busy on day to day and more production happen . More challenges comes when you did not expect them
 Plan all the facilities and infra-structure requirements.  Coordinate all the required equipment and software required to implement the BPS.  Ensure all the off-site project set-up requirements.  Work with vendors to secure resources.  Liaise with the Operational Director on the BPS Midrand Campus and Career Campus facilities and infra-structure requirements.  Coordinate and supervise the activities of an assigned resource.  Ensure that simulations and practical activities are designed and rolled out as required by the facilitators.
Pros: your job talk about who your, as manager you do not need someone to be behind your back to work
Cons: All over time you work is your own benefit
