Excellent Learning Curve

Altra-medical Productions was a great opportunity for a person to grow, it is a very small company and the MD still pays his employees from his personal bank account. If you are looking to grow your income over a period of at least two years this will be a great opportunity for you. There are also no employees within the company and as the CEO said "we pay all our consultants a referral fee". It is a very long process getting the money for the jobs you get in and commission might only pay-out over a period of 60 - 90 days so if you don't have a great start-up capital you will struggle for the first 60 - 90 days if there aren't any queries for outer sources and within the organisation. It is a very comfortable working environment as you work from home, but all leads as to be self-generated and there are no opportunities to grow as an employee because you will never be an employee.

Cons: Slow earning of commission
