Pros: • customer payments, performing debtors’ reconciliation, collection of outstanding debts, resolving any related queries • Monitoring credits note and maintain credit analysis monthly. • Assist administration officers with invoice printing and provision of customer statements. • May keep record or file of credit transactions, deposits, and payments, and sends letters or confers with customers having delinquent accounts to make payment • Provide input into debt collection strategies and assist with debtor reconciliation. • Prepare credit limit approval based on customer payment history and knowledge.

Excellence

Working for this company has helped me to develop effective communication and interpersonal skills and I am now a Compassionate team player. The relationship with co-workers is so beautiful that we even came up with the values like :be a brother sisters keeper. Collaborating with the other departments different stakeholders helped me to understand more other people from different departments. Learnt to always be professional at all times. Working with the dynamic energy team is what I liked most. Is getting people that are now willing to deliver that is my challenge in this job.
