I am a good listener, I had to deal with angry clients.

Good day I believe my interpersonal skills are good as I had to communicate with both internal and external clients. I am able to work under presser with little supervision.My shift started from 7-00am to 16-00pm sometimes night shift. As a result I am flexible and I am able to adapt quickly. We had to work as a team, when dealing with clients, one need to take accountability because keeping a good relation with the client is important. I had a good relationship with my co workers. I take on challenge as an opportunity to learn, for example when I worked on weekend I had to assist clients with technical queries as a result of that I learned few things. The most challenging part was not taking offense, remembering that whatever the client feel is directed towards the company and not you. Listening to what the client is saying and keeping calm at all times. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Regards

Learned lot of things

to be creative,customer service,communication skills..learned. how to can be able to tackle a negative customer and don't let the person intimidate your work. fun times where by your see your work progressive and know that your efforts where good. being able to overcome challenges ain't easy but willing to learn how to do such things

Exposer to overall call centre management duties

Good Day, Working at Altech entails many day to day task. Working with a team of 18 agents to drive productivity and a positive attitude at all times. Daily huddles are held as a pre shift meeting with team. Discussion of the previous days performance, highlights, concerns and overall business metrics starts your day. Excellent communication and by in skills play an overall importance on a smooth operation. Learning something new every minute is of the ordinary. Been given senior tasks to handle creating a challenging yet driven attitude to self developement is most exciting.

Its exciting working with clients learning new things everyday

There is no growth, doing same thing every day,I wish I was just given a pool to swim not to be told to my job up to the certain point. Sometimes I wish we can be taken seriously and our views can be listen to and taken into consideration .

Great experience

Work was fun, my colleagues were always friendly, I learnt that teamwork is important for building a career, my challenges was dealing with irate customers but I always assisted them nonetheless.
