Working with team and sharing my knowledge on quality assurance and the importance of this field within the company. Have small project on continuous improvement, highlighting the customer needs and the ways of saving customer some money. In-depth reports that are reader friendly and easily understandable. Getting to the root causes of problem and sharing the outcomes. The job becomes difficult if the support is not good enough.

Pros: Outcome of customer needs whether internal and external becomes the input to develop the external suppliers
Cons: Suppliers who do not like to admin and embrass change and grow
