I have worked as a process mineralogist for four years. I have therefore been involved in most aspects of the value chain in ore processing. My technical exposure spans over a number of commodities. I have experience in a wide range of mineralogical techniques that include ICP-MS, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM, MLA), AAS, Hyperspectral, Lecco, X-ray Diffraction (XRD), X-ray as well as Optical Microscopy. Being responsible for compiling and controlling project budgets over a number of years gave me a thorough understanding on the financial aspects around running a mineralogical testing program. I also have a very sound understanding of quality management, being involved with various projects through most of my working life.

Excellent

I am a young person who is dedicated to the job that am given. I work hard and make sure that there is productivity and a good quality in my job. I love working with people and i respect other people's opinions. Working at ALS has tought me group work and punctuality.

the company has high value of work and i manage south Africa,south east Africa & west Africa creditors, our west African countries are mainly in French speaking, i set process and complimented new process

Strong work ethics

Excellent learning curve

Enjoy my duties and take every daily task as it comes ,I enjoy working with people put more effort to team building ,i like being involved in problem solving and making sure that everyone understand company policy and standard operating procedures.

Moderate learning curve

The company does not give entry level employees to express their skills and it doesn't grow graduates. Always tens to their employees lot of nepotism happening and it has lot of bayas to other employees. It has lot of departments and one can actually learn a lot here but the management is managing it poorly and employees suffer.
