Great experience

Working with customers over the phone and face to face was a unique and challenging aspect of the day to day of the company. Working relationships is always high on the agenda, working together always ensures proper and efficeient problem solving and understanding of the needs that are required. Besides the customers, there was also a lot of challenges with shows and independent stores that always required you constant attention. Most challenging aspect of the job was to ensure you get through all your work whether you were on the road or in the office, clients always come first and our service delivery needs to be top notich. Most enjoyable was the deadlines, to ensure everything is running 100%

I'm well organise,plan my job before I do it, work with team and help other departments when I have ask to do so,I work over time and weekend without any problem,I'm willing to learn and take more challenge

Great culture atmosphere

Alpine Lounge is a lounge suite manufacturer, it has great working culture, yet at this point of time due to the market sales, there seem to be an edge it might not survive

I am honest, reliable worker.

A typical day would be receipting, allocating payment, resolving queries telephonically and passing credits. I am a easy person to get along with and always willing to help and friendly. What I have learnt in my current job was to do exports. Striving to maintain the best Debtors book within the company. Ensuring that monies collected on due date are inline with payment terms was the most challenging aspect.
