Guiding and instruction both Estates and Maintenance teams in relation to scope of works over the period with strong liaison with 2 supervisors. Challenging aspect shave been to teach and guide employees who do not have the prerequisite guidance hence lack of understanding on simple concepts

Great career growth in a 4 star environment

professional management with great vibe and energy for days. I can work in any department right now because support I receivene I also like the fact that GM allows staff to utilize facilities once they are off duties, eg horse riding, gym, swimming pool, etc to keep themselves health and knowledgeable about their Resort

Pros: Great place to expand your knowledge in hospitality
