Great pressure and expensive acquired

Acquired quite an experience with procedures review and document control, on daily basis,the pressure is on attending emails queries from internal production, dispatch and customer related queries. with my line manager based in Capetown head office and myself in Midrand, that requires a pro-activity person which i am, responsible and trouble shooting skill.The most challenging aspect of the job was having to co-ordinate the FSSC2200 re-audit within 3 months of joining the company and the following 4 months experienced an unannounced audit. The pressure was that the site needed the certification in order to keep their business and all depended on me. This was clear indication that i can adapt to new environment and have positive outcome.

Pros: Great experience for my career
Cons: voluntary overtime. Saturday and extra hours on daily basis

Work well under pressure

To be an onsite doing orders and take in stock , knowledge of the products produced on site. Working closely with production to insure delivries of raw materials has been delivery on time.To have a good manner with suppliers and staff. Request pricing from Suppliers.

Great experience in quality Assurance

Acquired critical skills in FSSC 22000 system implementation, Vaccp and Taccp. Have worked in a RND lab specialising in Dairy products, stabiliser, emulsifiers, cultures, preservatives, probiotics etc. Enjoyed product development and doing product trials

Pros: Great investment in people skills
Cons: No room for growth
