Tasks include: Performance Coaching, All Training from Induction to Ramp up and continuous development for all employees. I have been at AllLife from February 2013 and am currently looking for a new opportunity to assist people to grow with the new knowledge I have gained with regard to business and all selling skills. Culture is great

An interesting learning venture

AllLife has given me thr opportunity to learn new skills and apply, work with different people and how to gauge with them, but most importantly AllLife has given me the opportunity to learn more about myself, my capabilities and vices. A normal day at work is mixed between fun, hard/ mind challenging work and restfulness. Working with many members in the same team has allowed me to grow as an individual. This has helped me learn to work with different kinds of people & be comfortable with it. I love working toward a shared goal, nomatter what the task may be. Quality and professionalism is always first on the list. My most challenging aspect so far has been ' constantly speaking my mind'. As I do tend to opt to keep quiet instead of speaking up in certain situations. This is a constant work in progress.

Cons: Business is not entirely aware of the quality & dedicated workers that they have.

Excellent company to work for that offers life cover to individuals both HIV+ and diabetic.

My day starts with me getting allocated work, checking if the Ski report and magnum matches. Then i search for calls and download them. Open the spreadsheet that i use to track my work. Assess calls and once done i sent the lead through to collections if there was no errors but in-case there was i send the lead back to sales or capturing (depending who made the error) to fix it. My colleagues and i are a team and if for some reason one person is behind with their work we help. I have learned that its important to treat everyone with respect. What i enjoy most about my job is learning the different personalities of sales agent that come across every single day in the call when faced with different clients. Most challenging aspects of the job? I have not come across any.

Cons: Working long hours every last day of the month till the QA pool is on 0 (zero)

I have more than 10 years experience in administration environment as well as exceptional customer service that I am willing to bring to your organisation. I have always been considered as a hard worker by my previous employers and I am committed to finishing any task that is given to the be best of my ability with utmost accuracy. I am driven by deadlines and always adhere to these in a calm manner. I am a good team player as well as a fast learner. I always carry myself in a professional manner and avoid conflict in the office space. I would appreciate it if I could be considered for this position as my references will confirm that I am a focused, hardworking, detailed driven in the work place.

Learning Experience in the financial industry

I have been working at AllLife for the past 4 years, I have started as Sales consultant and has been promoted to a Data Capturer, There after I have been promoted to a Client Interaction Analyst which I have been doing for 2 years, A new position was available in the Learning & Development space so I applied for the position and got it. I currently am in the same role but the pay is not so good. I am currently looking for something that will be paying more than what AllLife offers due to the cost of living also increasing

Pros: Good experience to learn the financial industry as well as the products we offer with regards to HIV & Diabetes
Cons: No Room for promotion

Good working experience being exposed to multiple projects

I have learnt good corporate culture along with co-workers having exposed to multi regional people. Every morning it doesn't feel tiring to go to work due to my Team members. I have an excellent team to work along with. It's always challenging to work when some people in business don't understand the strategy, time, effort IT team would make to make something happen and sometimes it's hard to convince any person from Business to make and understand IT technology

Excellent learning curve

Company has a great atmosphere with room for growth. You got there and enjoy what you do because of your colleagues around you that literally makes you feel at home

Learning curve

I wish anyone who would like to work there the best of luch. You need to have no kids to be able to sustain your life with the targets especially in underwriting administration because it is a fun and complex department.

I'm hardworking dedicated to my work love working with people always on time.

I believe in making all count in my efforts do my work to the best of my ability. Going an extra mile making sure all task given to me are completed with correct & proper information. I do not believe in being absent from work for no good reason unless it's a family emergency as i strongly believe on family values. Samantha Madjan

Pros: I'm driven determind love to get recognition for my efforts as i put my best foot forward.
Cons: I believe in getting an early start to complete all task i receive on a daily basis & would prefer working from 07:00 - 16:00.7
