I am an aspiring individual who has the goal and motivation to achieve anything I set my mind to. My motivation in life is to reach my goals and realise my dreams. I am a hard worker and nothing motivates me more than taking on challenges. I am a quick learner and adapt well to any environment. Once given a task I complete it to the best of my ability. I work well in a team as well as on my own. I do not crack under pressure I thrive.

Pros: Great Team player , deadline driven , passionate about my job .
Cons: long working hours i can handle.

I have learnt a lot from this environment in regards to how not to treat your staff

I have come from a working environment of ethics and logic. working with the staff is fun and rewarding. my relationship with people even if I don't know them is always a fun one. " i hate working in a mortuary". i love working in a fun and happy environment with happy people, that helps work get done and everyone benefits from that. Rules are meant to be followed in any work place and that goes without saying but no work place restricts fun and happy workers.

Pros: fun and happy environment/staff to work with
Cons: moody directors coming to work with personal issues and swearing staff unnessecarily

Great experience

Good company to work for however coming to work is a drag when you not sure what the directors moods are going to be. they come to work with their personnel issues and start the day by being vulgar and rude in the early morning. if they have to smile it s a bonus. they have a tendency to victimize some staff for no reason and just favor other staff members for personnel gain. i rather work in a pressured environment and be happy with work than to worry about answering directors private issues between the other directors.

Pros: good people to work with
Cons: no room for growth
